How do I change my account details?

Shopify store owners - your account details are managed by Shopify.

WooCommerce store owners - If you update your shop details on WooCommerce, it is advisable to update details on InstaShop.

Make sure you are signed into InstaShop
Go to my.instashopapp.com/account/profile
Update details as necessary

How do I change my card details?

Shopify store owners - your card details are managed by Shopify.

WooCommerce owners

Make sure you are signed into InstaShop
Go to my.instashopapp.com/account/profile
Scroll to the bottom of the page and add your new details

How do I stop payments?

You can downgrade to the InstaShop Basic account at any time. The basic account is free to use.

Make sure you are signed into InstaShop.
Go to my.instashopapp.com/account.
Select the Basic Plan and follow on screen prompts.

How do I delete my account?

Shopify store owners - Delete the InstaShop app. All your data will be deleted after 30 days. If you change your mind, you can reinstall the app in this time and all your details will be saved.
Other store owners - There is no way to delete your account from InstaShop. We are however happy to do this for you. Just email hello@instashopapp.com, or submit a ticket providing the email address and store URL you are registered with.
