Frequently Asked Question

InstaShop lets you control which pictures from your Instagram feed are displayed on your Shop. Here’s how you show pictures:

There are two methods for fetching pictures from your Instagram feed...

Method 1 - from the main page:

• Click the 'FETCH NEW PICTURES' button. This will fetch all new pictures from Instagram.
• To make a picture appear in your gallery, click the 'Eye' checkbox, located under each picture.
  • NOTE - if you have auto visible feature enabled, you will not need to complete this step

Add pins to your pictures (see next step)





Method 2 - from the Instagram page:

• Under CONFIGURE, click INSTAGRAM
• Click the Fetch New Pictures button.
• The page will show a loading icon - and let you know when the fetching process has finished.
• To make a picture appear in your gallery, Click on MANAGE FEED and then click the 'Eye' icon, located under each picture.
  • NOTE - if you have auto visible feature enabled, you will not need to complete this step

*InstaShop will fetch all pictures from all @username accounts you have added to InstaShop.
