Many thanks to Patrick for your help on this one.

Original Issue:
We have identified an issue with Chrome version 76 which prevents users from pinning pictures. Users are able to open the picture modal but are unable to add new pins to pictures.

This issue is caused by the Google Chrome web browser, while we wait for Google to release a fix we are looking for our own solution. In the meantime you can continue to add pins:

Solution 1: Use an alternative browser
This issue is limited to Chrome, alternative browsers such as Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox continue to work as expected.

Solution 2: Disable LayoutNG within Chrome
  1. Enter chrome://flags into Chrome's URL field and press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key
  2. Enter the text 'layoutng' into the search field
  3. Next to the option 'Enable LayoutNG' select 'Disabled' from the drop down menu.
  4. Restart Chrome.
