Frequently Asked Question

The process for fetching new pictures has changed, please follow the steps below to fetch your posts.

1. As previously, click the 'refresh' button in the top right of the 'Manage Feed' page.
2. Select the account you wish to fetch new pictures from.
3. Read and follow the instructions provided on screen.

Due to the sudden restrictions put in place by Instagram automatically fetching new posts is currently unavailable, we are working to find a solution for this as soon as possible.
